This garment-dyed tee brings a quiet, cozy Halloween vibe to hardworking nursing leaders. A friendly cartoon ghost floats above two jack-o’-lanterns, while the playful lettering reads “Spooky Director of Nursing” in soft, autumnal tones. The heavyweight, relaxed-fit shirt drapes like a lived-in favorite — the kind you reach for after a long shift on the floor or when you want to keep things light at a staff potluck. It wears in softly over time, the dyed color deepening and the texture gaining character. For nurse managers who balance compassion and dark-humor charm, this tee settles into everyday life: rounds, late-night charting, or the unit’s Halloween festivities.
